Commission Process

The general flow of the commission process is as follows:
(1) Client reviews the writer's commission availability via Twitter (@Merui_14). Order forms can still be filled but it is not officially waitlisted or accepted unless you have received communication from me.(2) Commissioned Writer (CW) accepts the request and discusses further details as required and provides a rough timeline of when it can be finished.(3) CW sends the client an invoice on Paypal and client pays the price indicated and agreed upon.(4) Client to check in with the CW as per the timeline, screenshot/s of the work in progress will be sent as necessary.(5) CW sends the written work to the client and asks for final changes as deemed fit.

Terms and Conditions

(1) All commission requests must include information on the character (reference sheet, other illustration, and/or written information). While I will be more comfortable with writing for the Obey Me! and Genshin Impact fandom, I can also consider other fandom provided that relevant information is given by the client.(2) Full and explicit NSFW requests are not accepted by default unless stated otherwise in the commission announcement. However, depending on the context (and so long as the client has provided evidence of being 18+ years of age), implicit or mild NSFW may be considered to be accepted with an increase of 50% of the base price (before additional costs).(3) Writing commissions may take a week to a month upon acceptance of the request, depending on the complexity of the commissions and my personal availabilities at the time. This will be communicated with the client and they may feel free to check in on the commission progress. WIP screenshots or outlines can be provided as requested.(4) Commissioned work is for personal use only, please send me a message if it will be used otherwise.(5) Payment will be done upfront, if I am unable to accept or work on your commissions, I will refund the payment as soon as possible. No other refund terms are available.(6) The final work will be sent as a PDF file either via email or through a link from google drive or google docs and changes will only be done once after receiving client feedback. Further changes requested may incur additional fees.(7) I reserve the right to decline commission orders based on the following:CAN:
- OC or Canon Characters
- OCxOC ships (clients must obtain consent of the OC’s owner; liability lies with clients)
- OCxCanon or CanonxCanon ships (gender/sexuality is not an issue)
- Magic; World-building; Fluff/angst; Action; Mild-gore__CANNOT:__
- NSFW
- 'Characters' based 100% on a real human.
- Romantic inclinations towards a character generally perceived as non-adult(8) Changes can be made to the terms and conditions if it is agreed upon by both parties.

Pricings

__ Note:__
[1] For shorts and ficlets, it is more likely to be on the higher end of the range (1000 or 1200) but will ultimately vary on how the story would go. __ It can have more than the upper limit listed but will never be lower than the lower limit of the range.__[2] If you wish to add a fourth central character, the price for add-on#2 will be +50% of the base instead of +30%. I won't write anything focusing on more than 4 characters at this time.[3] Poems will have a minimum of 3 lines. Let me know if you have a preferred type of poetry or if free-verse is okay.__ Example:__
- A short with a 3-character focus (like a love triangle or poly situation) would be: $20 (short) + $6 (three-character focus; 30% of 20) = $26 in total
